Authentic antique folio photogravure print on Holland paper dating to 1906 as published by the Salon de Paris. Print was published in the year 1906 by this publisher in a limited edition of 150 prints in English, though print is not numbered.. Condition is a general good and generally clean for the age, with a slight age patina, showing some minor foxing ( please note foxing are age spots and are NOT dirty, and can present as light in color to darker in color and on this print represent more of gray color than brown color, but it is honestly foxing and not dirty, as I removed print from the incomplete antique art folio myself, and there was NO dirt whatsoever. ) There is not foxing on the actual image. Print is full plate and blank on back. Tissue protector shows some aging. Overall size is approximately 9 by 12.25 with image size being approximately 4.75 inches by 7.5 inches. Image is oval in shape.
Print still has the original tissue protector attached. Title is "The Spirit of dreams borne by Chimaera." Artist is"E. Friant"
