Colors are slightly on a gray blue side, not much blue, very slight being more gray than blue.
Authentic photogravure print on holland paper, dating to 1889, as published by the Salon de Paris.Condition is good and generally clean for a print of this age, with one utmost blank margin edge having binding strip from being bound in art folio and the right margin edge is rough from being in art folio and utmost right blank margin edge has some soiling from being exposed in art folio for over 130 years. There are some ripples, NO creases, on print from paper settling for over 130 years in art bound folio ( I removed print myself from incomplete antique art folio, so the aging is normal for the paper and aging of this particular print ) . Print is very rare from this publisher, as only 650 prints were made in this printing process. Print is not numbered but is a limited edition. A nice plate impression is seen around the image. Print is full plate and is blank on back. Print is from an antique incomplete art book. Overall size is approximately 8.25 by 12.5 inches with image size being approximately 4 6/16 inches by 6 7/8 inches.
