This is an incredibly rare E.A. (epreuve d\'artist) edition. Artist proofs are the holy grail of limited editions. It is a special edition reserved strictly for the artist which is not publicly available for sale. They\'re typically only given to family, friends, and personal acquaintances of the artist. Finding one for sale is extremelyrare, especially relating to an artist as renowned as Yoshitaka Amano.
Artwork is numbered and hand signed by Yoshitaka Amano in pencil.
Artwork is in excellent condition. Frame has typical minor wear from age. There is a small nick on the top rear of the frame and some minor wear to the gold foil (see photos) but is hardly noticeable when displayed. Overall it\'s in very good condition especially considering it being nearly 25 years old!
