Here\'s another veryhard to find part for the great old Maytag wringer washers.
This is an original pump that I\'ve rebuilt, Maytag part #A5317.This is the pump used inall the Maytag E2, J2, and N2 pump models (with \"P\" in their model numbers).
I\'ve cleaned up the pump body, replaced the original shaft seal with a brand new one, resurfaced and lubed the shaft, resurfaced the drive tire, re-sealed the cover on, and painted it inside and out to reduce corrosion, including the impeller.
You\'ll rarelyfind one of these ingoodcondition and almost never rebuilt. I see very few of these that are still good enough to rebuild, so don\'t hesitate on this one!
Note: I also have easily downloadable service, parts, and owner\'s manuals, remastered to pdf from my shop originals, available for these machines. Just ask.
