LGC warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that affect product functionality for the 60 Day Warranty Period. LGC warranty does not include a \"warranty of fitness for a particular purpose\". If defects, cosmetic or otherwise, are disclosed in the listing, no warranty is provided. If the purchaser encounters a defect within the 60 Day Warranty Period, LGC will (at its option) issue a refund, repair or replace the product at no charge to the purchaser provided the product has been returned to LGC at its head office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
