Here we have a very hard to find replica of the communicator from the best Trek movie Wrath of Kahn. The replica utilizes pretty much the same items and construction materials that were used to create the original prop. This particular replica is unique in that the face plate and box are actually chrome plated as well as the control knobs and speaker grill. That\'s right, the parts were actually dipped in copper first and then chrome dipped. This metal plating is the same as done on the old Terminator replicas back when they were well produced. The prop is powered by 2 AAA batteries that are replaced by removing the face plate. The led lights are activated by pushing the button on the bottom of the prop.
