Made in western germany. Very heavy. The insert is 12.75 x 6.5 inches. I dont see a marking on the front and I am not going to pop it out of the frame. The plaque underneath the supper says presented to russell yohe sept 29 1963 for fifty years as church school teacher of the grace lutheran church macungie pa 1913 1963. With the wooden frame it is 17.25 x 11 inches. Good amount of weight to it. I WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRY. CHECK WITH FOR SHIPPING PRICES FOR GLOBAL SHIPPING.
