The figurine, in original packing in original container, was just in a box, no packing, as such it must have been tossed around, as it was broken upon arrival. Also, it was NOT Tweedledum, as ordered; it was Tweedledee. However, I contacted the seller, and they issued an immediate, full refund. So that part was good!!
