Over her family\'s objections she married him and, she\'s been at his side in every adversity and every victory since. Mrs. Sadat is the cover story of the November Town & Country and the above exclusive photo was taken at the couple\'s desert home at Giza that had this unique view of the pyramids from their veranda. Photo measures 0.25 x 0.5 inches. Photo is dated --1978.
