Here we have today is an antique pair of Masonic temple, lodge columns, pillars from the Elnora Indiana Masonic temple which closed a few years ago. This temple was around for over a hundred years, so we are estimating the age of these to be around 1890-1900. Each column is approx 7 ft 1 inch tall from the top of the globes to the floor. Both columns have their globes, the globes are in vintage condition, there is some surface loss, but they are not cracked open or torn, the blue one looks to be newer than the other an replacement for the original globe. The columns are made of wood, are hand carved and just stunning, they have applied flower buttons, and are hand carved and painted. The top pieces are removable in two sections to make for easier handling. One of the columns has a chip to the scrolled piece, we have shown a photo of this, the rest look to be good, showing average antique wear and tear from being moved around and stored. These were stored for a few years before we obtained them. Both columns have surface scratches and bumping to the edges. Collectors do not miss out on these great antique pieces, and we are selling these as local pickup only, cash at time of pick up. We will not ship these.
