Early20th centuryA large-scale Scandinavian painting. Superior artwork. Excellent condition. We believe this is a 1930s pre-production movie \'storyboard\' concept painting. We have yet to identify the movie. Possibly \"Children of Lapland\" or \"The White Reindeer\"?If you google \'images\' for \"movie pre production concept paintings\" you will find several similarsame-size large-scale panoramic pre-production movie concept paintings (1930s The Wizard of Oz, King Kong etc).Painted on heavy fabric. Bright vibrant colors with soft muted pastels that would blend nicely into any mid-centuryScandinavian decor. Excellent condition. The frame isaged but we feel restoration would diminish the piece. If you touch-up the frame you wouldn\'t be able to tell the painting was a century old, the painting is that pristine!
