Very RARE Original 1871 Rocky Mountain Directory and Colorado Gazetteer, First Year Publication, Published by S.S. Wallihan & Company, Denver Colorado. (Territory) This pre-Colorado statehood book is in good condition for its age with cover wear of fading, spots, edge wear with cloth loss, spine edge wear with cloth loss, writing & soiling on the textblock and the front (inside) & back board (outside) is separating from the spine, shown in the photos. Inside pages are clean. The book measures 6\" x 9 3/8\" with 442 pages of detailed information, as well as several dozen pages of beautifully illustrated period advertisement.
