This stunning Lucite clock is a highly collectible work of late 20th-century studio art. It features a clean architectural profile defined by clear acrylic columns, a layered mint-green/teal stepped base, and a floating minimalist clock at its center.
This piece is hand-signed by the artist "R. Rich" and bears the original gallery label from "Inside Design" out of Florida, making it an authentic, boutique piece from the height of the 1980s Lucite design movement.
Florida was the epicenter of this pastel and geometric design period, and this clock perfectly speaks to that iconic era.
The craftsmanship is excellent, utilizing hand-polished, acrylic elements to create beautiful light refraction from every angle. It makes a wonderful statement piece for an office desk, mantel, or mid-century modern home.

The clock has not been tested. The metal ring surrounding the clock face is not glued to the clock and sits freely and flush against the sculpture’s front.
