This is a beautiful Russian black lacquer box from the Village of PALEKH. It has been in my care since 1991. The box measures approximately 10-1/4” wide x 7-3/4” in depth x 3-3/4” at the highest level of the box. It is a hinged box and rest on 4 feet. The entire lower portion of the box and the feet is done IN gold and silver filigree. The box comes with its original COA and a certificate of Quality stating the serial number of the box is 500 and the artist is LEBEDEVA. THE BOX IS CALLED THE LEGEND.Buyers from Canada and International buyers need to request the cost to ship before making purchase.
