Approximatelyabout 1980\'s, with flip up lid, the base is stamped ST Dupont de Paris made in France with serial # LOO119. Baked in cerulean enamel and gilt edges. Lighter is in full working condition. I never really use it. It has been seating in the original box for the past 20 years, see pictures.
