Authentic antique foliotypogravure print on paper dating to1903 as published by the Salon de Paris.The print was published in a limited edition of 200 by this publisher, though it is not numbered. Print is laid down to holland or vellum paper which is as published. Condition is good ( not perfect ) and clean for the age showing a normal slight age patina ( age patina is stronger on right blank margin) . There is a \"ghost\" impression on the utmost blank margin edges fromthe original tissue protector which is no longer present.Theprinted image has a plate impression also which is from time of publication. The blank margins are wider than shown in sale image.Print is full plate and blank on back. Overall size is approximately 8.5 by 12.5 inches with image sizebeing approximately 5 by8.75 inches.
Print is not titled but is known as \"A Study, bas relief, plaster, Pediment for the Girl\'s Lycee at Tours.\"Artist is F. Sicard.
